If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an error caused by NIVERA, contact us within 10 business days with your order number and clear photos for an eligible replacement at no additional cost.

The buyer covers return shipping. If NIVERA provides a return label, its cost is deducted from the approved refund. NIVERA covers applicable shipping for eligible NIVERA-caused errors.alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible.
